Two O Twelve Spa Nails Reviews

I was looking for a new nail salon and called here. The guy was really nice and although the description is wrong because they only do gel and acrylic (not powder), he said to come now and his wife could do it. When I got there, she looked angry. She said nothing to me as I tried to talk to her and proceeded to file my nails. I winced as the first one burned and when she got to the third nail and burned me again it was clear either they don’t know how to do this properly or she was just indifferent because she didn’t want to do my acrylic at 5pm. Either way, I walked out.

I had gone to this salon for a pedicure. I was totally disappointed and would give negative star's if that was possible. First the water was a bit cool. I asked for it to be warmed up and that was totally ignored. I asked for a menu as I generally am handed a "menu" and pick out from there. The girl (not a woman but a young girl) pointed to the wall on the side of the chairs. This was after sitting there some 15 minutes. I went for the parafin as did my friend. Big waste of money! I had the table spoon amount in an open bag just on the heel of my feet, my friend was lucky, she had a little more and they actually "smoothed" it over the bottom of her foot and tied the bag. I had a big 2 minutes (very exagerated as more like a minute) massage on my one calf, nothing on the other calf. When the polish was done, it was a "big rush" to send us over to the drying area, my friend saw one of her nails messed up but could not get anyones attention so she fixed it herself. I had nail polish on three of my toes! When they felt we were "dry" by time as they never looked at our feet, they shut the switch and said "your done" I will never ever ever go back there as they were not professional at all from the beginning when our appointment was scheduled but they were down workers. We were told "my wife" will be here shortly. in came a teenager!

I went to get my nails done here for my birthday. I have tried so many places and none could compare to this salon. This place is the best place you could ever go to get your nails done. There was a cute little dog and the experience was so amazing!! Best experience i’ve ever had at a nail salon. They are very fast, work diligently and carefully and they are super nice. 10/10 would definitely recommend this is my new favorite salon. i love my nails

Not the best experience. A woman did my nails, I’m assuming it was the wife. When I explained to her what I wanted, she & her husband immediately tried up-selling me & persuading me into getting the $85 dollar gel nails rather than my $68 A&C tips, saying “This is what everyone is getting now when they come here, get this instead it looks better” . After confirming multiple times again for my regular A&C tips, she told me it would be an extra $5 for the almond shape I wanted, plus an additional $8 for the nail art- a tiny little bow on just the ring finger that looked so measly i could’ve done it myself. This is the only nail place I’ve been to that’s charged that much $$$ for a set of A&C tips personally. After about 2-3 days my thumb nail tip immediately broke and the rest of my nails started peeling back a bit. The lady cut my nails WAY too short when she was shaping them. It was painful when she was doing it, it doesn’t look like I have any tips at all they are very short & I’m very disappointed. The nails are peeling already I am annoyed, and my total came out to be over $85 plus tip when i didn’t even feel like giving her anything at that point. The only thing cute about that place is their dog.

The only place I like getting my nails done. They always do such a great job. Awesome color selection, amazing at nail art. Always great conversation, just an awesome atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend. Update: 3 years later and I can genuinely say I love getting my nails done by wing.
